I had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. During my stay I unfortunately injured my wrist, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Despite the communication barrier, they really tried their best to assist me. They helped me order a wrist splint online and it arrived at the hotel within an hour. Because my wrist was too painful to move, they even helped me put the splint on. I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to help. It made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the wonderful staff

This is a boutique hotel with a cozy set up, but the sound insulation was not good, so I could hear noise from outside and from the neighboring room.
