The location was good, but the cleanliness, equipment, hygiene, camera surveillance, unenclosed garden, missing lounge furniture, and unreachable landlord were all bad.

The location was super central and still very quiet; we had no real complaints, except that a toaster or oven was missing for toasting buns; leaving the accommodation at 10 am on the departure day felt too early, 11 am would have been better.

Its setting in a tree‑lined park and its proximity to the city center were great, and the furniture was tastefully chosen; the kitchen equipment was a bit minimalistic.
