The location is close to the thermal baths and the shopping mall. The staff at reception and breakfast were basic, with very few options for breakfast. The fridge in the room didn’t work, and there was only one power outlet in the entire room.

Marcelo and Maria provided excellent service, the breakfast was very good, and the place is quiet and clean—definitely a return visit. The proximity to the thermal park and the great location are worth mentioning, as is the receptionist’s good attitude in the evening. The full bathroom had a hair dryer and the correct plugs, so we had no complaints and would come back without hesitation. The single beds are just the right size, but for someone like me who is a bit heavier, I would prefer something wider, even though I slept perfectly.

“Básico”

The location is the best part, just steps from the entrance to the hot springs and the tourist center. The single room was simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very basic—only coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, cereals, a few croissants per person, and a lot of bread. It would help if they improved the information so guests know the conditions before booking. There is parking, but it costs per day, is limited, and payment must be in cash for 50% at the hotel or an extra 10% if paid by card. Additionally, we were charged an extra $25 without explanation; we found out later and asked about it, but never received a response. It’s a shame because beyond the money it created distrust, as you think you’re paying one thing and another is added with no explanation.
