Panfilo was incredibly accommodating and treated us like old friends, giving us great local dining tips and suggestions for what to do. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and the value for money was excellent. It would have been nice to have a kitchenette or the option to cook, but there is a fridge and Panfilo serves a fantastic morning coffee.

There was nothing positive to mention. The lack of a cooler, the bathroom being off‑site, and the dated furnishings were all disappointing.

The location was perfect, but you’ll need a car to explore this stunning part of Italy. With the intense heat, an air conditioner would be helpful even though the place is well ventilated.
