The room was really nice with a huge bed, the staff were very friendly, and it was just a 3 or 4 minute walk from Kata beach. The restaurant was also beautiful for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The TV wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big issue for me.
The rooms were comfortable and the staff were lovely. There was an unusual smell coming from our room and a lot of mosquitoes when we arrived.

Good location, comfortable bed. No soundproofing: you hear everything (doors, corridors, neighboring rooms, late arrivals), making sleep difficult. The hotel is small (few rooms, only two floors) → a lot of traffic and even more noise, which is very annoying. Breakfast was very limited: only one choice offered, unlike what the listing suggested. Transparency issue: a dish ordered was replaced with a pricier version without prior notice, then charged more without giving a choice. Water bottles that were supposed to be provided daily were missing, so we had to request them. Cleaning was not performed. The shower was inconvenient with a complicated system (water hard to adjust: too hot or too cold). The bathroom door was poorly designed, letting you see through → lack of privacy.
The value for money was high, the location was very good, and the service was also good!
