Being a new hotel, the location was good. The food was pricey, the room had no windows, and there was no mirror with a light in the room.

We had some issues with the room at check‑in, but Mr. Sunil at reception handled everything wonderfully, showing great understanding and hospitality. Prakash and Nandan served us excellently, going the extra mile to keep us comfortable with food and beverage service. Overall, we appreciate what everyone did for us at the property. The chef did a fantastic job with the food—kudos to everyone! The only downside was that the room could have had a balcony, the shower was placed in a spot that left the surrounding bathroom area wet and unusable after a bath, and the Smart TV apps didn’t work properly—some weren’t updated.

I recently spent two days at this hotel during an official visit and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the helpfulness of the staff. They did a great job of maintaining the property, which gave me a similar feel to staying at a highly-rated 4-star hotel. The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect score was the price of breakfast, which was a bit steep if you're not a big eater.

I was really impressed with the rooms at this hotel - they're modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything seemed to be running smoothly, which is no surprise given that it's a brand new property. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into creating a great experience for guests, and it shows in every aspect of the hotel.
