Cool Instagram‑style hotel! Very pretty and atmospheric! Breakfasts tasty, although there isn’t much choice… view from the window is amazing on the mountains! We were put on the 3rd floor. No elevator, and the stair flights are very steep and narrow. The hotel is in an unfinished building. The windows faced the avenue, so it was very noisy to sleep with the windows open.

The spot’s spot‑on near the main road and river, and the rooms and facilities stay spot‑clean. The restaurant Olly is a real treat – service, interior and staff all hit the mark. The only downside is the standard room feels cramped, and the building’s ongoing reconstruction starts early, so the noise really messes with your sleep; the walls’ sound‑proofing is awful.

The place is brand‑new and still getting polished, but the big windows, comfy beds and nice linen make up for it. The showers and toilets are a bit tight, and there’s no extra furniture for toiletries.

I appreciated that the room has two levels – a hit with the kids – and you can see it’s fairly new. Still, as a boutique hotel, the building doesn’t feel purpose‑built: the reception is tiny, there’s no elevator, mosquitoes swarmed our room when we arrived, and a “balcony” door next to ours looked unsafe, as someone could fall out. Some of these issues might stem from ongoing renovations, and the receptionist didn’t seem especially welcoming.
