The location was awesome next to Parque Alameda, the animated kiosks, nearby restaurants, and especially a fantastic bakery‑café right across from the hotel that opens super early. The room felt a bit Spartan and could use a refresh.

The spot was great, but the bathroom could use a bit more upkeep.

The location was fine, but the room had damp walls, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the payment had to be done at the front desk. I asked to pay on arrival, but they said it was only at checkout. The next day I saw the charge on my card, even though I’d wanted to pay in cash.
