“Good possibility for Henro in groups”

The staff came directly when I had a problem. I am grateful. It would be good for European tourists if you wrote a WhatsApp contact on the “emergency leaflet” in each room, because then a connection is possible via phone. We tend to have data SIM cards so that we cannot call, and in my case the reception phone was far away.

It’s pretty decent and clean, the quality price is good. Self‑check‑in is shit; I don’t appreciate being shouted at by staff in the morning because the check‑in machine accepted an incorrect picture. I sent pictures of my passport with “only use for this hotel” but it wasn’t enough and apparently annoyed the staff. She was just rude and extremely unprofessional; I understand you’re upset but don’t shout at people.

The rooms are spacious and clean; the toilets are also clean. Because I was traveling on foot, I wanted a place to hang laundry and a little space to put small items.

The staff were absent, but the tablet made check‑in smooth. Inside the room there was no TV, no water heater, and no shower facilities. The air conditioner didn’t work well; I had to set it to 23°C just to get the room temperature down. The toilet was littered with what appeared to be hair from previous guests. The room faced the road, so the noise from cars at night was loud, and the window glass seemed to lack soundproofing.
