The person who welcomed us was kind, but the accommodation was infested with cockroaches that made it look awful, and it would be helpful if all the uploaded photos indicated which apartment you’re getting and if the host responds to requests when you need them.

The apartment was newly renovated and spotless, located close to shops and restaurants, and its high position kept it calm and quiet, especially at night, which meant a great night's sleep; the staff were friendly and helpful, with one woman even insisting on carrying my suitcase up the stairs, though the clothes dryer didn’t dry well.

It had a TV and a kitchen (though you don’t have the necessary tools to use it); the owner’s attitude and the apartment’s finishes were lacking, we had trouble with the shower because the bathroom flooded when we showered, I asked for repairs or new towels or a mop, and they gave me a mop and two towels but said it wasn’t mandatory, which was very poorly handled; also, it’s complicated to get there because you have to climb two floors, passing through a floor where the floor was a grating that wasn’t very safe.

Excellent location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, gym, bars and restaurants; the apartment had everything for a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the utensils for cooking so you can prepare your own meals; the bathroom was roomy and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient and safe; the entire room was very modern and comfortable. During the booking we had a problem: after booking the room here on the site where there were 71 photos of different rooms, we booked the only available option on this guest house’s profile that showed all those photos; upon arrival we found ourselves in a small, dark, dirty room, whose photo was among the last of those 71 photos in the listing that we hadn’t seen. That’s to say, their Booking profile is somewhat misleading, so be careful. Talking to the staff on WhatsApp, we pointed this out but they said it was our fault, and after agreeing on a room change to the one we actually booked we had to pay a difference.
