“Worst experience ever”

The view was nice, but the room was filthy with charcoal bits on the bed, the floor so dirty that my white socks turned black; I asked for a new room, the staff were arrogant and said none were available, yet Richard mentioned they would be the next day; it was not worth a third of what we paid, the breakfast was awful with a broken juice machine, the shower had a lot of hair, there were no smiles, check‑in felt purely transactional—do NOT stay here.

“Very relaxing, will come back.”

The water views were beautiful, it was convenient to everything, and the staff were very helpful with information about the area.

“Staff/owners don’t seem to care.”

The view was nice, but the room had many bugs—spiders on the ceiling, flies, and moths flying around; on the first night water leaked out of a small bathroom ceiling door, the front desk sent a maintenance man who inspected it and said he’d check it, but no one ever followed up and the water on the bathroom floor was never cleaned.

The place was pretty good, though we needed half and half coffee because the machine didn’t cut it; our room #108 was noisy from above at night, and the chairs outside our room were dirty with bird droppings.

“Satisfied.”

The location was good with restaurants and markets nearby; the room was pleasant, very clean, had a good view, and a very good shower; breakfast was satisfactory but could have been more interesting.
