The food was tasty and varied, the kids’ activities were fun and engaging, and the pool area was quite nice. However, the breakfast egg station was a bottleneck with only one person preparing, causing long lines; I suggested delivering orders to tables, but the management was described as very difficult. Housekeeping only worked until 5 pm, which felt late for guests who stay in the room during the day, and on several occasions my room wasn’t ready until after that time, highlighting a staff shortage in peak season. The heating failed twice, and the room I stayed in needs a tweak to let in natural light – it never got sun, resulting in high humidity.
