I booked two separate stays for two nights, and the staff insisted I pay the tourist tax twice. Technically they might be right, but it feels petty, and the tax is higher than at other hotels in the country, which I can’t justify.
“Not really comfortable”
The TV doesn’t work and the lamp is broken.
The bed and air conditioning are good, but the TV is not well.
Location is good. - Towel provided is not good. - Got issue upon arrival. My booking cannot be found in the system. The staff said it is the Booking's website error. After multiple try, suddenly my booking appeared. Just imagine if it does not appear at all, i need to find another hotel in which i've already paid the full price for this boking. It is a really troubling experience. I might think twice to book this hotel for my next trip
