The hotel sits right on the sea, and the front desk staff were helpful when I called, plus the cruising option was nice, though some restrooms gave off a toilet‑like odor and the food didn’t taste great.
“Very nice resort in Naruto”
The room was spacious with a sea view, there was an outdoor onsen, and the pastries were very good. The kaiseki dinner at the Japanese restaurant was just average.

The room was spotless and really clean, and the staff members were extremely helpful, though I struggled to get a reservation at the restaurant.

The location is excellent for the whirlpool steamboat tour, the staff are very courteous and helpful, there was a dance performance in the evening, the onsen is nice, and parking spaces are plentiful. The room was a bit too warm and I had trouble adjusting the air conditioning.
