Wellness Hotel Fridrich

This was my third visit, which says everything; the hotel is comfortable and the wellness facilities are great, with nothing to complain about.

I liked the wellness area most, especially the outdoor thermal pools and the wide selection of saunas; using the warm water and outdoor sauna was a fantastic way to relax. The quiet surroundings near the Těrlická reservoir, the cleanliness, and the friendly, helpful staff all created a very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a weekend break. The only drawback was that the wellness area was sometimes quite crowded, making it harder to fully enjoy the peace and relaxation.

The stay was fairly decent, rooms were clean, there was a good selection of saunas, the scenery was beautiful and the pool was spotless. However, there were no window screens and a wasp bit my child. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready, so we had to repeatedly remind the staff and ask them to prepare it.

The place is in a very nice setting, the staff are smiling and helpful, the service is attentive to guests and very friendly. The wellness area is top‑class and I was very satisfied, 100 percent. The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room.

Everything was well done, and there is a bathing lake nearby.
