Зона завтраков довольно большая и приятная. Большие порции из европейского меню ( готовят к конкретному времени, если опоздаете-принесут остывшее). Музыка в холле! Классическая музыка, которую включают примерно в 7-7.30 утра. Не самый лучший выбор, на мой взгляд, вызывает напряжение. Также примерно в 7 утра около нашего номера стоял сотрудник с рацией-его было слышно в номере, я проснулась от звука рации((

Everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful, and the food and breakfast were nice. I would come again someday. Nothing I didn’t like.

I was blown away by the beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely and the staff were friendly. Everything was spot on – no doubt about it!

The hotel is well‑located and the public areas look sharp and clean. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, when we arrived the floor in our room was dirty, with grime, hair and other debris everywhere. We called room service the next day, but the mess simply moved to another spot in the room – a weak response for a place that looks so polished at first glance. There was also a bit of a draft in our room, though at least we could open the windows to ventilate, which isn’t always possible. We were looking forward to the pool, but were disappointed to find no loungers. The pool is long, but half of it is a non‑swimmer zone and the other half isn’t very deep either. Breakfast is diverse, yet 90 % of it is Indonesian fare. It would be nice to have more healthy and tasty options for European or non‑Asian guests. Western breakfast items like toast or pancakes were labeled “dessert” and were almost gone a couple of hours after the start of breakfast, without being refilled. For the price we felt the overall experience was thin. It would also help if important information for international guests were printed in English as well as Indonesian, such as emergency safety instructions in the lift or details about towel and pool usage 😅

The place was super clean, but the location is a bit farther from Malang City Centre.
