I never stayed there; there was no room available. Still, I was hit with a $300.00 cancellation fee for a mistake made by two hotels I didn’t stay at in Destin. So why am I still seeing this rating? I didn’t stay at three hotels in one night!

Everything was clean, the staff were very nice, the breakfast chef was attentive and accommodating, and the lobby had a great smell.
