“Don’t bother!”
The staff. Everything else, it was dirty, cigarette butts discarded all over the stairs and lawn. Loud guests and people just creeping around in cars in the parking lot. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor causing the carpet to be soaked. The bathtub backed up with every shower. We paid for 3 nights and left the 2nd night we felt unsafe due to the clientele

It was peaceful, but my room wasn’t ready when I arrived, so I had to wait over 30 minutes while it was hot outside.
The AC was cold. Sheets had dirty finger prints on them. Killed 2 roaches in the bedroom area. The tub had hair in it and a huge hole. We had to stand against the wall to shower so we didn't step on broken fiberglass from the hole. The walls had brown stuff running down them. It smelled of pot. The cleaning lady gave us 4 towels that were greasy and had holes in them. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they said they didn't give us those towels. The parking lot was full of trash. The pool was not clean, the deck umbrella was broken

The service people were helpful, but the phone didn’t work. My wife got locked in the bathroom while I went to the office to get the Wi‑Fi password, which wasn’t provided. I had to grab a screwdriver from my car to free her, which took almost 20 minutes.
