“good value, not the best one but I would go again”

Check‑in and check‑out were quick, and the room was spacious with a large common area. On the downside, there was no fan, so the air near the lower bed felt stale and dirty, and the facilities are only serviced once a day, meaning if someone uses the toilet in the afternoon, there might be no toilet paper or soap for the rest of the day.

“I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all.”

Nothing good to mention. The staff were rude and the customer service was non-existent. The toilets were dirty, smelly, and the guests snored loudly at night.

“not too bad, I would go there again”

The room was huge and filled with fresh air, so I didn't need a fan even when it was full. However, the facilities weren't cleaned often, so I frequently ran out of washing liquid or toilet paper.

“Good location but don't expect a lot”

The location, garden, and park were nice. But there was no kitchen or even a kettle, and we had to pay 3 pounds to store our luggage. Cleaning was poor, the girls' dorm had no windows, and the old bunk beds from 2006 moved a lot.

the Staff were nice and and the courtyard was really beautiful. The beds themselves were reasonably clean, and the staff were nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rest of the hostel could be improved. The bathrooms and stairwell were quite dirty, and the showers and toilets had a very strong smell, which made them difficult to use comfortably. The bed frames were also quite dusty, so I had to clean them before going to sleep. For one night, it was manageable, but unfortunately I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It’s a real shame because the hostel itself is beautifully and colourfully decorated and has a lot of potential. With better and more regular cleaning, it could be a really lovely place to stay
