They gave me a room for people with reduced mobility that had no natural light (just one window a short distance from a wall) and I could hear the noise from the nightclubs across the street until almost 6 am.

The spot is great, within walking distance of all the main sights, and the staff were friendly and helpful; a few minutes from El Corte Inglés and the main shopping street, with many nice bars and cafés nearby. The room had nice décor and was very clean, but it was quite dark because the window was small.

ottima la posizione. colazione non da 4 stelle molto scadente prodotti non di qualità. esempio prosciutto cotto servito che di regola va x i toast. servizi igenici (wc) scomodo hanno messo bide quasi attaccato al wc. quando si è on bagno si sente lo scorrere dell'acqua delle altre camere
