“Entspannt und angenehm”
The design with plenty of greenery, Mediterranean vibe. The walk to the city centre could be better.

The structure is very welcoming and well‑maintained, and the terrace is truly beautiful.

The room and the entire accommodation are magnificent, beautifully decorated with great taste. I absolutely needed a fridge for my medication and Cinzia made it possible. Perfect, I recommend it.

The terrace was nice. Unfortunately the experience was very negative and far below expectations. When we arrived, the assigned room had a severe mold and damp problem that we found unacceptable. I have respiratory issues and am especially sensitive to such environments; while staying there I also had health problems. We contacted Booking support, who then reached out to the host. Only after this report did they change our room. The alternative room was certainly better in terms of hygiene and environment, but it was still different from what we had booked and offered fewer amenities: our reservation included a room with a kitchenette, table and coffee machine, while the replacement room lacked these services. At the end of the stay I asked the host if a price reduction could be applied, given the problem and the fact that we were given a lower‑spec accommodation than booked. He offered a €40 discount only if I paid in cash. Finding this unsatisfactory, I contacted Booking support again, who acknowledged a partial refund, albeit limited, while the host refused to give a direct partial refund. To make matters worse, the host later wrote that “we would see each other in court.” I consider that communication entirely disproportionate to a simple request for compensation for a service failure and a price reduction.
