The bed was just okay, nothing else. The TV and AC were just for show, the bathroom was too small, and the rooms were old and dirty. When I asked the staff to clean my room, they agreed but never came. The staff were very rude, and they added a 500 extra charge at check‑in. Very bad; look elsewhere for a hotel at this price.

I never got a room even though I booked five days in advance. They didn’t give any information and didn’t inform me about the room availability.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with the location being a major plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my experience was marred by the presence of cockroaches in my room, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom space was also a bit cramped, which made it difficult to move around.
