Apartment was spotless and welcoming with a wonderful pool. The outdoor area was cared for with loungers and plenty of relaxation. Strategic location: a few minutes from Perugia, Assisi and villages like Bevagna and Montefalco. Ideal for exploring Umbria. Hosts were super available. We recommend it 100% and hope to return soon.

The hotel sits close to Perugia, is quiet, and there are restaurants nearby.

The view of the hills is great, the pool creates a very relaxing atmosphere, breakfast is simple but good and plentiful, and the staff are very helpful and courteous – they even went out of their way to get us soy milk after we mentioned our preference. The rooms feel a bit dated.
