The property was nicely arranged with lovely gardens, a pool, a restaurant, and rooms overlooking it all, but it was in disrepair and needed a lot of maintenance; the wooden bridge over the pool was unsafe with rotting planks and broken railings, two pool ladders were unusable due to missing steps, and none of the 21 adults or kids in our group had a phone in the room to reach reception, housekeeping, or food services.

The suites are roomy enough for large families, and the hotel looks as beautiful as its pictures suggest, yet the family rooms share only one bathroom, which made showering and getting ready a hassle and slowed everyone down.

We were pleased with the spacious room and the ground‑floor location was very convenient, but breakfast, though varied, was always cold and the staff never replenished the food, so arriving late meant missing out.
