“Bueno”

We loved the hotel’s location and especially the staff’s kindness; they handed us a ticket for a welcome cocktail at the on‑site bar/restaurant, which serves fantastic food and the waiters are superb, plus the private parking was a plus. After our Pompeii tour they even let us keep the car there for an hour and a half after checkout, which was when the tour ended, so I’d definitely recommend staying here. Still, despite the hotel’s overall charm, the room fell short of expectations—its size could have matched the description better, and the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, though it’s tolerable for just a night or two.

“Slitent hotell”

The location is great! Watching the ruins of Pompeii and Vesuvius from the breakfast table is almost surreal. You also have access to the ruins right across the street—perfect for us who were only in Pompeii to see the ruins. The bakery items for breakfast were fantastic, but that's really the only positive thing about breakfast besides the view. The staff are very helpful and service‑oriented. Plus the A/C in the room is very efficient. The hotel is worn out. The room needed a thorough update; it shows years of use with no improvements. We only stayed two nights, so we made the best of it, but if we had stayed longer I would have laughed at how cramped the room was. Breakfast is, at best, mediocre. The bakery items are great, but otherwise there's nothing to write home about.
