When we arrived, the receptionist—probably named Amy—helped us with everything because our payment apps weren’t working; she was empathetic, friendly, patient, and made us feel at home—thanks a lot, especially after a long day. The room and the location were fantastic, a true oasis of peace amid the city.

The hotel is very well situated and practical and functional. No luxuries but all the comforts are there. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is varied. The airport transfer service, though not cheap, justifies the price.

Clean, friendly! Free water, coffee from the coffee machine (cappuccino). Razors (toothbrushes, combs, etc.).

The structure is very pretty on a nice street. The room has a window and is clean. It’s convenient to buy continental breakfast directly at the hotel on the same day. The staff don’t speak English, so communication is a bit complex despite the translator.
