The location was the only good thing. The staff, especially at the front desk, were unhelpful and rude, showed no care for guests, and the hotel overall looked very dirty.

The spot was decent, but the room cleaners were lacking and the TV didn’t work; a big gap under the door frame let in light, and I even spotted a rodent in the room.
