The staff were polite and tidy. The breakfast was too limited, with only a few simple items; adding some seafood would have been nice since we’re in Quảng Ninh and it’s hard to find.

The staff do not speak English very well. The laundry service is surprisingly expensive.

Breakfast was mostly Asian dishes, which fit my taste pretty well.

The hotel is great and in a good spot, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast lacked western options and seemed mainly aimed at Chinese tour groups.
