Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The décor is beautiful, the colors are lovely, and the courtyard is great. The staff, however, gave no warm welcome at all. They simply asked for my passport and checked me in. No charisma. Weird.

The location is inside the old town. The guest kindly requested a room change to the side room, which the reception person accepted. However, the person who appears to be the manager or owner said right after that the room was already booked for hours in the morning, so the guest explained she was leaving early, which caused a rude and disproportionate reaction from the gentleman, who even called the person who made the reservation at 11 PM to say he would take the guest or was calling the police, claiming the guest was not starving, and without letting her speak despite her intention to pay the difference for a larger room, the gentleman threw the phone.

The common areas were nice, but the bathroom and the room itself were small.

I didn’t like that they made me miss my trip. The website showed rooms available, but when I arrived none were free.
