Palmetto Hotel is a charming boutique spot right in a great area, and we could walk to all the places we wanted. The lobby looked nice with a windowed lounge and bar, and we enjoyed a free cocktail before dinner; breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold options. The room was quiet and had nice bathroom amenities, though it felt a bit small. We parked in the public covered lot about 500 feet behind the hotel, which was self‑parking and roughly half the price of the hotel valet lot.

The location was excellent, rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were super friendly. The continental breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect—staff were accommodating in every way, from the front desk to every other employee. The bed was comfortable, and every detail was attended to. The location is great and the breakfast was very good.

We consider continental breakfast a must, and Palmetto’s breakfast met our needs perfectly—not too little, not too much. The lobby’s games and relaxed vibe were a nice bonus, and the front desk and valet staff were both amazing and friendly.
