Perfect hotel for enjoying Kyoto, with an onsen. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

Well located, staff very attentive and fulfilled our request to change rooms. A bit small, but we already knew that.

The location was good, and the shower was excellent. Things in the room made clicking noises all night, it was very dirty under the bed, and the toilet paper was very low quality.
