Privacy and good housekeeping were appreciated. The curtains were too transparent, letting in too much sunlight and disrupting sleep; they should be replaced with better ones. All other facilities were excellent.

The rooms were not spacious, cleanliness was lacking, there were no heaters, rooms were very small and uncomfortable, staff were unresponsive, and parking wasn’t available online; the price online differed from the one they quoted offline. The same issues were repeated in the negative section.
