Soundproofed windows and satellite TV feature in each room. A daily breakfast buffet is available. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Alster lake, shopping streets, and Old Town, with easy access to Hamburg's nightlife and public transportation.

I booked the Vienna Hotel, but upon arrival it had been renamed to B&B. We paid 454€ for a Comfort room that turned out to be a noisy mess where we could barely turn around. The room was dirty and uncleaned, so we had to find someone to clean it. Only one towel was provided for two people. Everything was poorly organized, and after researching we discovered that this awful room was even listed for a lower price. Never again, and I advise everyone to avoid it.

Excellent location and very good staff service. Cleanliness was good. The bed and duvets were great. Hot water in the shower. I liked everything.

The location is great, just 2 minutes from Hamburg Hbf. I booked Vienna House Easy by Wyndham in September, but it later became a B and B. The promised services were not delivered.

The hotel is centrally located, spotless, and affordable. It’s only a 3‑minute walk to the main station, and there’s nothing to complain about.
