The breakfast was fine, but there was no hot water—shaving at 6:30 in lukewarm water and showering at 9:30 in almost lukewarm water, which I reported to the front desk.

I was told my reservation didn’t go through, so I had to book a room elsewhere; the hotel was locked up when I arrived, no one was available, yet my bank was still charged for a room I couldn’t access.
