The food was delicious, the facilities beautiful and clean, the place itself is gorgeous. The Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty, but I understand it's the area and there are power issues.

The setting is stunning, the house is gorgeous, the welcome is warm, and the food is superb; the beach is 100 m away, and the many animals, including caimans in the nearby pond, delighted the kids. The rooms feel a bit basic, there are frequent power outages that aren’t the hotel’s fault, we couldn’t swim because the sea was too rough, and it would help to warn about barking dogs, as the walk to the hotel was unpleasant for the children.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, asking a lot of questions and offering assistance. The accommodation is right on the sea. The mattresses were rock‑hard and the overall climate was humid, making the place smell musty; the air conditioner didn’t help at all, blowing directly into your face while you lay on the bed.

The beach and house were beautiful and private. Everything else felt very expensive.
