The hotel’s right next to the metro, so getting around was a breeze, and the room had a separate shower and toilet plus AC that kept it cool in the summer heat. The staff were always friendly and wore smiles, which made the stay feel worth the price and I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Hangzhou. Only downside was the bed – it was pretty firm, so sleeping wasn’t super comfy, though I managed to get by.

This place was just awesome – everything worked, the space felt comfortable, and I had no complaints at all.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel sits about a 15‑minute walk from the metro with plenty of restaurants nearby. I appreciated the free hot and cold water and the in‑room locker that opened with a code, which added a nice touch of convenience.
