“Clean but facilities were horrendous and the staff never kept their word”
The place was clean overall. The hot water in our room was broken; they promised to fix it and never did. Then the door key stopped working, and every time we wanted to enter we had to go to the front desk to use the machine. They said they’d fix it multiple times but never did. Our friends had similar problems: no lights in the bathroom, AC units not working, etc. The pool was “under maintenance,” but it looked like it had been for years, with no water at all.
