The bungalows were friendly and charming, offering plenty of privacy and a view over the bay. Unfortunately, the view is slowly being taken over by the real estate industry. One night during a storm—seemingly mild—it caused my bungalow to lose power about 30 times, and every time the electricity returned, the equipment played a rocky horror show.

The most charming and cozy hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with a balcony view that was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the ocean and lush greenery felt like a dream. We loved the breakfast service; it was delivered straight to our room each morning, with a wide selection and at a time that suited us. Even on our departure day, when we had to leave at 5:00 AM, the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, and that level of care was truly appreciated. If you don’t rent a car, the resort offers a convenient shuttle to and from town, and they can also give you a ride between the reception and your cottage, though the walk itself is quite short. Our room had everything we needed, including reliable Wi‑Fi, a hairdryer, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What made this place truly special was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, treating guests like family and going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Staying at Palau Carolines Resort was an absolute pleasure, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌴💙

I arrived during a rainy spell, which meant I missed the sunsets, but the weather didn't ruin my visit. The staff were fantastic, helping with trip bookings and all other needs. A free driver was available once a day for the bungalow guests, which is plenty since most tourists spend the whole day elsewhere. The reception ladies, especially Diana and Nina, were wonderful. I left my eye drops in the fridge, and they sent them to my next hotel in Palau without any extra charge—great communication. They even lent me a raincoat to reach the waterfall during the downpour, doing everything they could to meet my needs. The only gripe was the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bath; it took several minutes to get enough shampoo for my long hair.
