Excellent welcome and helpful reception, the building was clean and the room was quiet. The location is not the most charming area but it is safe and well served by public transport, and the mattress is a bit firm.

Nothing. They did not help move luggage, did not supply basic toilet accessories such as a shower for the toilet seat, and did not provide water bottles or glasses.
