Nothing was good. The curtains were dirty, there was no toilet paper on arrival and the paper they gave was cheap, there was no hot water, and we were handed old used towels. The glass at the door was broken, the noise level was high, and the photos were misleading—they didn’t look like the place at all.

I didn't like anything about the place, when we booked the place online it was perfect, when me and my husband reach there I was like i can burst with tears, 1st the woman who helped us she come at the back of the house wearing pj's, the place itself people were busy in the kitchen fixing the place everything was upside down, i regretted very much, she took us in this room that was like they just moved in. I really don't understand why Booking take places like that. Me and my husband we didn't even sleep there because of the horrible place were. I even took the pictures of the place. I didn't like it at all as I explain to the above
