The hotel was clean, the breakfast decent, it was quiet, and the staff were nice, but I was charged 176.55 instead of the 156.55 I expected after a 139 rate plus tax, plus an extra 20.00 refundable fee if we didn’t use it, and I’m still waiting on a 40.00 credit.

“Everything was very good however we just wished the pool was a little warmer”

The rooms were spotless and the beds felt very comfortable; checking in and out was super fast, and everyone was friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty too, but the indoor pool was really cold.

The location was fine. I had stayed at this property before and the stay was pleasant except for the constant noise of construction. This time it was awful. I checked in at 5:52 pm. No room was available. I purposely waited past the 3 pm check‑in time so I could settle in and get some rest from my trip. The room wasn’t ready and I had to wait 45 minutes. I left to get some food and when I returned the room still wasn’t ready, causing another 25‑minute delay. Once in the room it was clean except for the bathroom sink and one of the towels, both of which were nasty—see attached picture. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I should have received a complimentary welcome package, but I did not. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and in the condition of the bathroom. Marriott must do better!

Staff was very friendly. My shower went out while I was in the middle of a shower. It took almost 3 hrs for it to be fixed. The hotel had an off soured smell
