Clean and tidy. One suggestion: consider changing the shower head.

I liked the location and the friendly host. The place was clean and practical, with some glasses and cutlery. We stayed only one night in a double room. Despite the description, it was incredibly noisy. Our room was right by the entrance, and people walked in and out to smoke. They stood right by the window and spoke loudly even after 23:00. We mentioned it and it got a bit quieter, but the quiet‑time rules start at 22:00. We didn’t fall asleep until 24:00‑01:00.
