The air‑conditioning, water pressure, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff service were all great. However, the toilet seat lid was detached, the chair back in the room wobbled, and the washlet was problematic.

The front‑desk staff were courteous, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was tasty. On the other hand, the room felt cramped for three people, making it a bit uncomfortable, and we struggled to find space for our luggage.

Employees, breakfast, onsen, and service were good. The hotel’s finish has problems and a general renovation is needed; it seems the hotel isn’t very well maintained.
