The location is good and the rooms are good, but the hotel is hard to find.

Nothing positive. The location, staff behaviour, privacy, and facilities are all negative.

The hotel is on the 6th floor, the lifts were broken, and the manager asked us to use the stairs; everyone was over 60, so I had to cancel my stay. Very disappointed.

The morning phone confirmation for the reserved room wasn’t validated because there were no rooms left when we arrived – misleading advertising.
