The location and comfort of the hotel were excellent, but the staff were overwhelmed.

It was ridiculous to ask guests to pay €45 for the spa after spending more than €1300 a night.

The hotel was truly exceptional, with amazing staff and fantastic food & drinks, set in a beautiful environment that made our 20th Wedding Anniversary unforgettable. Nothing could be improved.
