The castle is a 5‑minute walk away. The San Marco room had an ensuite. Free public parking is only 70 m from the property. Water and coffee in the room are free. Graziella was very kind on the phone, and via WhatsApp they sent a short video that was more than enough to show us how to enter the building. All good overall.

I really liked the room and the cleanliness of the place, but the bathroom felt a bit dated and I had some trouble with the access codes to the building.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a pod coffee machine, kettle, mugs for breakfast, air‑conditioning, and a smart TV. It’s conveniently located in the center of VENOSA with no parking issues. Check‑in went smoothly, and the stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I recommend picking a room with an in‑room bathroom; ours had an external private bathroom on the opposite side of the room, so we had to pass through the common area to use it, which we knew when we booked, but it didn’t bother us.
