The location was great and the heating worked fine; the first night there was an issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately when we mentioned it, and you don’t have to deal with anyone at reception on arrival day—your code arrives and you can enter easily; everything is well organized and the breakfast was fantastic.

The location, modern design, friendly staff and large parking area are all great, but the rooms are a bit small.

I was initially unfamiliar with entering the building and room via PIN code, but it worked quickly and smoothly. The staff were genuinely helpful, explaining everything over the phone with pleasure. The area has excellent thermal baths, such as those in Dévaván and Füzesgyarmat. The online check‑in requires a lot of information, but I suspect that’s not specific to this hotel, it’s just how it’s done everywhere now.
