The hotel sits right in Darmstadt’s center, just above a parking garage, so parking is no issue. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are well equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. There are also many side rooms and nooks for short or longer stays, plus free fresh coffee and tea at the reception anytime. The construction noise nearby and the altered road layout caused by street works are beyond the hotel’s control, though a GPS can navigate it. The blackout curtains in the room take a bit of getting used to. The lift only serves the hotel’s lobby, so stairs are needed in both the hotel and the parking garage.

We’ve stayed at this hotel about ten times already, and it’s fantastic! Everything appeals to us – quiet, clean, decent breakfast, and the city center is close. All is great, though I really miss a small gym. Thanks.

The service team is exceptionally helpful, courteous, friendly, and competent. I’ve seen some staff members for years, which shows they enjoy their job and are satisfied with their employer. Breakfast offers many vegan options. The hotel’s central location is great – all sights, shops, and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away.

Breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly. You’re literally on top of a parking garage. The rooms are tiny with low ceilings. Our room was extremely cold, so it was inconvenient; we asked to check the central heater but received a small pocket one instead. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay, though it might work for solo travelers or couples.
