They fulfilled my pillow request quickly and the extra pillows were firmer than the ones already in the room, helping us sleep better. However, we had to ask for more pillows because the ones in the room were too soft, and the shower was too small and narrow for my husband and me; it lacked enough grab bars and I almost fell.

The location is great, the pool is awesome, and the bed is comfy, but the parking garage had no elevator that we could find.

Breakfast was very nice, the location was great and easy to drive to, but the room needed a guest chair and/or bench seat at the foot of the bed.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, and there was plenty of variety at breakfast.

I liked the balcony and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, and I love the location because it's within walking distance to almost anywhere downtown; Debbie was so nice and sweet at the front desk. The bathroom had no soap and the room had limited trash cans to throw things away.
