The concept is pretty cool and the free snacks were a nice touch. The AC was awful, and they kept trying to gaslight me by saying it takes time to get cooler.

I'm a regular at Blooms Link Road and know what the hotel offers; the location is good and the staff are generally friendly. But the POS system wouldn't accept my credit cards that use a 5‑digit PIN, leading to many failed attempts and eventually my card got blocked from pin exhaustion. Management blamed me for wrong PINs and ignored the serious issue.

The room was clean, but the layout felt cramped and the tea and coffee machine was placed outside the room. The restaurant was basic.

The rooms are clean, modern, and the double beds are spacious enough. The location is good, close to Lajpat Nagar market yet not too far from Central Delhi. The staff are polite and helpful, especially those at the cafe. Check‑in and room access use a tech‑enabled keyless QR‑code system, but it doesn’t always work. All in all, it’s good value for money for short business stays.

The rooms were actually pretty okay… but check‑in and check‑out were very cumbersome. We were called and woken twice by the lobby at night, at 2:30 AM and 7:30 AM, which is unacceptable.
